01 — Why it exists
The laminated binder, finally retired.
Most hosts answer the same six questions every single stay. The binder on the counter is out of date, the check-in email is buried, and the Wi-Fi password is on a sticky note that fell behind the microwave in March.
- Update once, everywhere. Change the check-out time and every guest holding the link sees the new one.
- Fewer midnight messages. The answer is already on the page, in the guest's pocket, before they think to ask.

A guide that reads like it was written by a person.
Every property gets its own guide. You decide what goes in it, in what order, and exactly when it becomes visible.
Sections you write
House rules, how the thermostat works, parking, emergency contacts — add as many sections as you need, each with formatted text and a photo.
Your neighbourhood
Recommend the coffee, the dinner, the walk. Every entry can carry a description, address, phone number and link, sorted into nine categories.
One link per property
Each guide gets its own clean web address. Put it in a booking message, a welcome email, or a QR code on the counter.
Nothing to download
The guide is a fast, mobile-first web page. No app store, no guest account, no password for anyone arriving at midnight.
Published only when you say
Draft in private and publish when it is ready. Unpublish and the public link and its photos stop resolving immediately.

Name it, set the address, the Wi-Fi and your check-in and check-out times. Add a photo of the place while you are there.
Write the guide
Add the sections that matter for this home, then fill the directory with the places you would send a friend to.
Publish and send
Publishing turns on the public link. Send it with the booking confirmation, or print it as a QR code by the door.
